The bad guy is.... Doc Brown!!!!!
Doc Brown has gone completely mad because his time traveling has resulted in this crazy horrible future. The worst part is he could fix it but the DeLorean is beyond repair. It's impossible to find spare parts for Mr. Fusion and now he's stuck in this hell hole. As a result he goes insane and delusional, he starts enslaving women because he lost his beloved Clara to the past. In the end he rides into battle in a rat rod, spiky as hell DeLorean!!!!
